It's open to everyone, not just members. Bring your show, your business or your big idea and book it by the hour. We're aiming to open within the month.
Why we built it
Heights House is a home base in the middle of Peoria Heights. It's a place to work, meet, learn and hang out, built for people who would rather do business around good people than alone at the kitchen table.
At our core, we're real estate agents, and we wanted a coworking space that feels open to everyone, where your brokerage doesn't matter. Come learn with us, share what's working, and lean on each other when a deal gets complicated.
And it's bigger than real estate. We want entrepreneurs and local business owners swapping ideas over coffee, learning from each other, and showing up for lunches out of the garage in the summer and Christmas parties in the winter.
Come for the desk. Stay for the people.
Peoria Heights puts you a short drive from showings all over the Peoria area, with coffee and lunch spots around the corner for the time between appointments.
Sign, rider and open house kit storage in the garage, so your trunk and your garage at home get a break.
Sit sellers down in a real office with the smart board for your listing presentation, not at a coffee shop table.
Record market updates, listing walkthroughs and client stories in the podcast room.
Hands-on sessions on contracts, listings, marketing and tech, taught by people doing the work.
Agents from different brokerages under one roof. Somebody down the hall has seen it before.
The Space
Come in through the glass front entry to the front desk. The coworking room is on your left, the galley kitchen and workroom are behind the desk, and the main floor has its own restroom. Out back, the garage is the big room for trainings, lunches and anything that needs more space.
Main level · not to scale
Also in the house: a smart board on a rolling stand for presentations and trainings.
Built-in surround sound in every office and the conference room.
You come in through an all-glass entry room with a few chairs, a bright spot to wait for a client or finish a call. From there, a wide foyer leads straight back to the front desk.
The center of the house, with the offices all around it.
Windows on two sides, open and dedicated desks, outlets everywhere.
Lockable, with a real door. 14'11" × 11'8" and 9'4" × 13'7".
Kitchen, dishwasher, coffee, the printer and member mail.
Acoustic panels, warm lighting, a round table with four mics and two lounge chairs for interviews. Open to members and the public. See the vision →
The big room. Tall ceilings, its own restroom and a drive-in door. Set up tables for a training, host a lunch or happy hour, or open the door and fire up the grill and smoker. Sign storage for members lives out here too.

Whether you run a restaurant, a shop, a practice or a company, step away from your own business for the meetings that matter. Leadership meetings, partner sit-downs, interviews and planning sessions in a quiet, private conference room around the corner from Heritage Square. A big conference table, the smart board, built-in sound and coffee.
How it works
Every member gets a key to the front door.
Any time. Come in early, stay late, or drop in on a Saturday.
Request the conference room, the garage or the podcast room on the Book a Room page. Once we confirm it, it's yours.
Book it for a training, a team meeting or a lunch. Set up tables and roll out the smart board.
Bring clients in for consults and signings. Peoria Heights business owners can book the conference room for executive meetings and planning sessions.
Have your business mail sent to 1314 E Marietta Ave. It gets sorted into member drawers in the workroom.
A new lot is being built out back. You can also park on the street or at Heritage Square.
Take calls wherever you like. Clean up after yourself, and if you finish the coffee, make the next pot.
